FAQ
-
Will you give meal plans and tell me what to eat?
Nope. I've never done meal plans, and probably never will. While EA40 has some structure, it is not written in a way that maps out every bite of food for you. I don't believe that that's helpful, and it certainly doesn't teach anyone how to self-manage their eating. If you're looking for a very structured program with meal plans, 'eat this, not that' lists and very specific weight loss goals and promises, this is not the program for you.
-
Will I lose weight?
EA40 does have a weight-loss slant that may result in weight loss for some people. Take this course not because your sole desire is to fit into your old jeans; take it because you want to walk up a hill without huffing and puffing; because you want to improve your overall health; because you want to set a good example for your kids; and because you want to do something good for yourself. My philosophy is that finding our comfortable weight is often the result when we stop obsessing about the number on the scale and focusing on the size we think we 'should' be. The positive behavioural changes you'll make with this course are designed to improve your health physically and emotionally.
