  • Is this course like your Eating After 40 course?

    Don't Sweat It is not EA40. The curriculum is different, and the focus is exclusively on nutrition in perimenopause and menopause. While Eating After 40 did not have a focus on fat loss, Don't Sweat It does. Unlike EA40, Don't Sweat It does not do a deep dive into your relationship with food and finding your 'why.'

  • Will I lose weight?

    Don't Sweat It uses my OATS system to promote fat loss and the maintenance of your comfortable weight. Weight loss is NOT the main focus of the course, and it's not an indicator of 'success.' Don't Sweat It is NOT a diet. Don't Sweat It has talk about calories, so if this is problematic for you, please reconsider joining. You do NOT have to track calories in this course. It is offered only as an option, and there is a duplicate lesson without the calorie-tracking talk for those who prefer.

  • What are your credentials/qualifications to teach this course?

    I have been an RD for 25 years. I'm passionate about women's health, and about debunking health and nutrition misinformation and scams. As a veteran nutrition professional who is in my 50s and in menopause, I am well-equipped to guide you through this process. I'm there with you!

  • Will I have a chance to ask questions?

    Yes! There will be office hours twice a month with Abby via Zoom. You can log in and ask your questions during that time. Office hours are currently set for the first and third Tuesday of the month at 12pm-1pm EST.

  • How long do I have access to the course for?

    You have access to the course for one year from the time you purchase it.
